These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for a project — that's a separate written agreement we sign with you for each engagement.
1. About us
Onda is a web design studio based in Spain that builds websites for service businesses.
2. Use of this site
You can browse the site and contact us through the form. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully, not to damage or interfere with it, and not to attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access.
3. The contact form
Submitting the form is a request for information or a quote — not a contract. Don't include sensitive personal data, payment details or anything confidential; share that only when we explicitly ask.
4. Content and intellectual property
All design, copy and code on this site is owned by Onda, including the concept-work shown in the portfolio (clearly labelled as concepts, not paid client work). You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission. You may share normal browser screenshots for reasonable commentary and link to the site.
5. Third-party links
We link to external services (e.g. WhatsApp, GitHub, partner directories). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. Prices shown on the site are indicative and confirmed in writing in each project proposal.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Onda is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law (for example liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute we can't resolve informally will be subject to the courts of Spain.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do.
